An advantage of this villa is the proximity of numerous white sandy beaches of and the wide choice of restaurants, cafes and shops in Esposende. The coastal strip stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fao has been classified as a protected landscape area and is considered to be one of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal's northern coastline.
An excellent 9 hole golf course is set on the right bank of the Cavado river, about 15 minute drive away. Oporto town centre is about a 30 minute drive away. The old town centre is classified as a World Heritage Site and was selected as Europe's Best Destination for 2017!

Booking conditions
From the booking date until 57 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 25% of the total price of the rent.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Tourist tax not included.
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- VAT included in the accommodation price
- Pets not allowed.

Une maison super agréable pour une semaine à 2 familles. L’espace de vie est propice à des bons moments de partage et chacun peu trouver son espace personnel dans les grandes chambres avec sdb ou sdd privative. La maison est propre et bien située, à see more
Une maison super agréable pour une semaine à 2 familles. L’espace de vie est propice à des bons moments de partage et chacun peu trouver son espace personnel dans les grandes chambres avec sdb ou sdd privative. La maison est propre et bien située, à une grosse dizaine de minutes de marche de la plage. Les extérieurs sont également très bien entretenus. Malgré un temps peu clément, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci!
