Casa Dourada - Ideal accommodation for Caminho de Santiago Pilgrims
Casa Dourada is situated in the centre of one of the most emblematic cities of popular art, Barcelos. It is set within easy reach of the Cávado river and within walking distance to many interesting sites, including the cathedral, open-air market, and museums. A perfect location to explore one of the most beautiful Roman towns in the Minho region. Originally a noble house from the 1950s, it was completely renovated and decorated in a Happy-Chic style, offering a calm and comfortable environment to guests.
The house is situated within walking distance (3 minutes) from well-known restaurants. And only a 7-minute walk from the train station.
The house consists of a sitting room, kitchen, reading corner and covered terrace. There are 2 double rooms and 1 twin room. It is possible to book only 1 bedroom and have exclusive use of the house. The other two bedrooms will be locked during the stay. It is also possible to choose from the double or the twin bedroom.
